A 20ft High Cube Catering Container Modification. For this conversion, the fabrication process involved adding a roller shutter to enable the full counter to be displayed as well as adding a personnel door to replace existing cargo doors. Externally the unit was cladded, internally the unit was lined, insulated and an internal wall was built to create a storeroom. Catering equipment and electrics were installed to complete the unit. For this conversion project, the fabrication involved adding a roller shutter to enable the full catering counter to be displayed when the unit was in operation, adding a personnel door to replace standard container/cargo doors. A 20ft High Cube Exhibition Stand Conversion. We were approached by a local company who wanted a 20ft high cube shipping container to be converted into an exhibition stand that would be used throughout the North East at public events. A 14ft Catering Container Modification. For this project we created a 14ft x 8ft x 8ft 6in Catering Container Modification by cutting down a standard NEW 20ft container to the clients preferred dimensions. The unit was fitted with a serving hatch on one of the side panels and a secure shutter window, internally the unit was lined with MFC and work surfaces and electrics were installed. Read More
For this conversion a NEW 20ft Full Side Access shipping container was converted into a high-security site office, the client needed the unit to be secure so in addition to the glazed windows and french doors, they requested that we include bi-fold doors for improved security. Internally the unit was lined with MFC, a vinyl floor was installed and electic lights and sockets were added. Read More
For this conversion we were approached by a previous customer looking to expand their catering fleet, we had previously worked with them on a catering container. This time we converted two new 10ft containers into food stands. Each unit was fitted with a hatch and hydraulic pistons were installed to open and close it. A customer who previously ordered four 20ft modified shipping containers (modified into workshops); contacted us to request a similar workshop conversion in a 10ft container. This unit was required for a smaller site workshop to store workshop supplies. A new 10ft container was modified by installing internal shelving, rigging hooks and shadow board.
