Simple container purchasing in 5 easy steps
When you visit our North East container depot at Darlington on the A66, we strive to make your experience seamless and stress-free when purchasing a shipping container. We believe that buying a container should be straightforward, and our goal is to eliminate any obstacles, ensuring you know exactly what you’re getting when you choose us. Our simple five-step process for purchasing a container guarantees clarity and ease at every stage.
Step one – View our stock on site at our container depot
You don’t need an invite to come along to our Darlington A66 depot you can come along when you can, we are on site throughout the week Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm. Our friendly team are on hand to assist you every step of the way, from initial enquiry through to delivery or collection even after call and we are happy to help you in the future for more containers.
Step two – Select which container you would like
We are on hand to assist you when viewing our stock on site and help you find the best suited container for your requirements and budget.
Step three – Provide us with key information for your invoice
When you have hand-picked your container from our stocks, we ask for 9 key pieces of information which allows us to raise our proforma. You will only receive this information from us directly from one of our colleagues.
Step four – Make payment
Once you have received your proforma invoice you can arrange payment to be made and contact us to advise this and we can confirm receipt of your payment.
Step five – Arrange collection or we can book in haulage
Once payment has been confirmed our container control team will arrange the delivery of your container with our network of hauliers. The team will contact you to advise the availability and once a date is selected our the container will be booked in and delivered to site. Alternatively if you are arranging your own collection from site we will provide a collection reference to be provided to our team on site and we will arrange for your container to be loaded upon arrival at Darlington A66.
