We have had a busy period since the turn of the year, especially with bespoke shipping container conversions. Numerous clients have requested conversions in many different styles, from workshops to generator stores.
One of the container conversions is in its final stages before it will be delivered to the client. It is repeat business of a previous job and is a direct copy from a year ago, with the client expanding and needing another shipping container for the same purpose. The conversion jobs that we manufacture are done to the highest degree and shows with clients coming back to us on a regular basis for repeat orders.
The conversion is from a 20ft new ‘one trip’ shipping container that has been externally painted in RAL5015 to match the company’s corporate colours. The modifications are internal, where the client wants to use the space for both storage and as a workshop.
Working closely with the client, we adapted the space, and installed lockable mesh storage along one side of the 20ft container, and standard shelving and a work station along the opposite side.
The internal modifications were welded in place and the bare-metal was coated in a base primer paint.
The bespoke shipping container conversion will be sprayed internally to match the first conversion purchased by the client so the two containers look the same.
