Internal Walls in Shipping Container Conversions
Shipping Container Conversion Information
Shipping container conversions can be internal and external we have done it all, a common conversion that we do quite reqularly is internal paneling and partition walls. The conversion can be used more many different jobs and is very effective.
- Flat Pack Shipping Container- Flat pack shipping containers come with wall panels as standard, the walls just clip in place the walls conseal electrical cables.
- Office Shipping Containers - Office shipping container conversions use internal paneling as it makes the inside of the containe look just like an office and makes it feel like your not sat inside a shipping container. They also hide electric wires that will be behind the wall panels. Spliting up the office using partition walls and create multiple offices for collegues to work form.
- Storage- The inclusion of partiton walls in storage is very effective, it can be used to split up larger shipping containers to create smaller size containers for multiple users (new doors will need to be welded if multiple stores are created from larger stores.) By dividing larger containers into smaller stores allows more customers resulting in more business, for storage. It means you can create 4no. 10ft storage containers from a 40ft standard shipping container-new doors will need to welded in place for the customer to get into their store, or 2no. 20ft storage containers-means getting a set of double end doors added (or using a tunnel container).
With Wall and partition panels they are to the clients specifications that we work to, to make sure the finished conversion is to what the client is wanting. This will be on the drawings that we recieve, if you need thicker paneling we work to you specs.
